All of our products are inspected upon arrival and thereafter on a daily basis, in order to verify how ripe they are, to monitor their external quality and their taste quality.

Preservation / storage
For optimal preservation, store your limes in a cool place (8/10°C). The longer you keep them, the easier it will be to extract the juice when you squeeze them, however, the longer you store them the less use can be made of the zest, as the skin will harden.
