The pink flesh grapefruit, the most widely grown variety in the world
A beautiful pulp in varying shades of pink, covered with a yellow skin, with a light pink shadow. Created in Texas in 1926, this variety, which owes its name to the pink hue of its flesh, is grown throughout the Mediterranean region, in South Africa and in the Americas.
The red flesh pomelo is also referred to as the "Sunrise"
A beautiful yellow skin covered with large red blotches protects a dark red flesh, without any pips. To taste, the Sunrise grapefruit has beautiful juicy and sweet pulp, with a delicious scent. It is the most widely eaten pomelo, preferred over the more bitter varieties with lighter coloured flesh.
The white pomelo
The White Marsh has a very light yellow skin and a light yellow, juicy flesh. The grower Marsh introduced this variety, originally from Florida, in around 1892

Quality Control
All of our products are inspected upon arrival and thereafter on a daily basis, in order to verify how ripe they are, to monitor their external quality and their taste quality

Preservation / storage
Grapefruits are citrus fruits, which keep very well for around 3/4 weeks if stored in a cool environment (5/10°C). Above this temperature, their skin has a tendency to go soft, an indication that the product is drying out and loosing its juiciness.
